This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Distribution Notes.

Last updated: June 18, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Distribution Notes, available at https://distributionnotes.com.

The Service is provided by Sobolev Nikita Alekseevich, TIN 615532224074, an individual acting in his own name (the "Provider").

By purchasing access to the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital content

The Service provides digital access to research materials, notes, methods, examples, analysis, and related content.

Access is delivered digitally after successful payment.

Because the Service provides access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except as described in this Refund Policy.

2. No automatic renewal

The Service does not automatically renew.

The Provider does not automatically charge your payment method for the next month.

If you want to continue using the Service after your current access period ends, you must make a new payment manually.

3. When refunds may be issued

The Provider may issue a refund in the following cases:

Refunds are reviewed case by case.

4. When refunds are not provided

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

5. Access after purchase

When your payment is confirmed, you receive access for the paid access period.

If you decide not to continue, you simply do not purchase the next access period.

Since there is no automatic renewal, there is no need to cancel automatic billing.

6. Access issues

If you paid but did not receive access, contact the Provider at support@distributionnotes.com.

Please include:

If an issue is attributable to the Provider or the Service and access cannot be provided within a reasonable time, the Provider may issue a refund or provide another fair solution, such as extending access.

7. Refund request deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the payment date.

Requests submitted after this period may be rejected unless applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Processing refunds

Approved refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and payment method.

The Provider is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks.

Payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, and card issuer fees may not be refundable.

9. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a problem with your purchase, contact the Provider first at support@distributionnotes.com.

The request will be reviewed and addressed in good faith.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting the Provider, your access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

10. Changes to this Refund Policy

The Provider may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

If changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be updated.
