These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Distribution Notes.

Last updated: June 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Distribution Notes (the "Service"), available at https://distributionnotes.com.

The Service is provided by Sobolev Nikita Alekseevich, TIN 615532224074, an individual acting in his own name (the "Provider").

By selecting the agreement checkboxes at checkout and successfully completing payment, you accept these Terms and enter into a binding agreement with the Provider for the paid access period. By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing access, you also agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. What the Service provides

Distribution Notes provides access to digital research materials, practical methods, notes, examples, analysis, and related content for founders, marketers, product builders, and other business users.

The Service may include:

The Service is provided as digital content and informational material. It is not a consulting engagement unless the Provider agrees otherwise in writing.

2. One-month access. No automatic renewal.

Access is sold on a monthly basis.

When you make a payment, you receive access for one paid access period of approximately one month, unless a different access period is clearly shown at checkout.

The Service does not automatically renew.

The Provider does not automatically charge your payment method for the next month. To continue using the Service after your current access period ends, you must make a new payment manually.

3. Price and payment

The current price is USD $200 for one month of access, unless another price is clearly shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Prodamus. The Provider does not store your full payment card details.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, bank fees, or other charges. These fees are not controlled by the Provider.

Access is provided after successful payment confirmation. In some cases, access may take a short time to activate due to payment provider processing or technical checks.

4. Digital access

The Service provides digital access. No physical goods are shipped.

By purchasing access, you understand that you are buying access to digital content and digital materials.

Access may be provided through a website, account, email, private page, product interface, or another digital method.

5. Accounts

To use the Service, you may need to create an account or provide your email address.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must not share your account with other people unless the Provider explicitly allows it.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact the Provider at support@distributionnotes.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You may use the ideas and methods from the Service for your own projects, products, marketing, and business experiments. You may not redistribute the paid materials themselves.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, structure, text, design, research, notes, examples, and materials, is owned by the Provider or its licensors.

Purchasing access gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your paid access period.

You do not receive ownership of the Service or its materials.

8. User-provided context

You may provide information about your product, website, business, market, audience, goals, or marketing situation so that the Service can provide more relevant ideas.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide.

You must not submit confidential information, trade secrets, personal data of others, or sensitive information unless you have the right to do so and understand the risk of sharing it.

Information you provide may be used to operate the Service, personalize your experience, improve the Service, and provide support.

9. No guaranteed results

The Service is intended to provide research, ideas, examples, and practical methods.

The Provider does not guarantee that you will get clients, revenue, sales, replies, conversions, traffic, investment, or any other business result.

Any examples, case studies, tactics, or results mentioned in the Service are provided for informational purposes. Your results may differ.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply any idea, method, tactic, or recommendation.

10. No professional advice

The Service does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions that require professional advice.

11. Availability and changes

The Provider may update, change, remove, or add content to the Service at any time.

Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, hosting issues, payment provider issues, or other reasons.

12. Suspension or termination

The Provider may suspend or terminate your access if:

If the Provider terminates your access for a violation of these Terms, you may not be entitled to a refund.

13. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Because the Service provides digital content and immediate access to paid materials, payments are generally non-refundable except in limited cases described in the Refund Policy.

Before purchasing, please review the Refund Policy carefully.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These policies explain what information is collected, how it is used, and how analytics tools such as PostHog are used.

15. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers, including payment providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, authentication providers, and other tools.

The Provider is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

The Provider does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or expected results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the one month before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact the Provider at support@distributionnotes.com so the issue can be reviewed informally.

20. Changes to these Terms

The Provider may update these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, notice may be provided by email, through the Service, or by updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
